Free in-home consultations are offered at no obligation. Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement.
All custom shutter orders require a deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. Payment terms and methods will be discussed during your consultation. All sales of custom-manufactured products are final.
Custom shutters typically require 6–8 weeks for manufacturing. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, production times may vary based on order complexity and current demand. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Professional installation is performed by our trained technicians. The homeowner is responsible for ensuring clear access to all windows scheduled for installation. Any pre-existing damage to walls, windows, or surrounding areas is not the responsibility of Shuttermart.
Shuttermart stands behind the quality of our products. Specific warranty terms are provided with each order and vary by product line. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation (DIY), or acts of nature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuttermart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
